Your events list
The page you land on after signing in, at papped.co/app. Everything you have ever run, and the numbers across all of it.
The three counters
These are totals across every event, not the one you are looking at:
- Total photos. Everything ever delivered to your Drive.
- Total guests. Everyone who has ever scanned into any of your events.
- Live now. Events currently taking photos. Usually zero, and usually one on the day.
For the same numbers on a single event, open it and use the Overview tab.
Finding an event
Filter by All, Live, Drafts or Ended, and search by name. Worth knowing what the states mean:
- A draft has been created but never launched. Its join link does nothing yet.
- Live is taking photos right now, or is between its start and end times.
- Ended is finished. The photos are still in your Drive and the event still opens.
What each card shows
The event name, its dates, and the roll size you chose. The bar underneath is the pool: how much of the event's photo capacity has been used, as a fraction. A bar close to full during a live event is the moment to top it up rather than after guests hit a wall.
Manage opens the event.
Deleting an event
The bin next to Manage removes an event from this list for good. Only the owner sees it; a co-organizer cannot delete someone else's event.
Your photos are not touched. They are in your own Google Drive and they stay exactly where they are. What goes is the event: it leaves this list, the join link stops working, and the shared gallery closes for anyone still holding a link to it. There is no undo, which is why the confirmation says so.
A live event cannot be deleted. Guests may be scanning and shooting at that moment, and one stray tap would close every camera at once. End it first, then delete it: two steps on purpose.
A draft can go straight away. Nothing has happened to it, so it is removed outright and the empty Drive folders it reserved are cleaned up with it.
