Organizer guide

Guests tab

Who is at your event and how much film each of them has left. The roster fills in the moment someone scans the QR; there is nothing to set up in advance and no guest list to import.

The three states

  • Shooting. They have film left and are using it.
  • Out of film. They have used their whole roll. Unless auto-refill is on, they are waiting on you.
  • Not started. They scanned in but have not taken a photo yet.

A wall of Not started early on is normal. A wall of Out of film halfway through the evening means the rolls were smaller than the event needed.

Search by name for a specific guest. Guests who did not enter a name still appear; the name field is optional for them, which is deliberate. Nobody is made to identify themselves to take a photo.

Giving someone more film

You can top up a single guest here, which is the right tool when one person is clearly the one documenting the night. To top up everyone at once, use Give all guests +5 shots on the Overview tab.

Either way the film comes out of the event pool, so keep an eye on the meter.

Auto-refill

With auto-refill on, which is the default, a guest who runs out silently gets five more and keeps shooting. They never see a wall, and you never get asked. With it off, they see a message telling them to ask you, and the decision is yours each time.
